Observation entravée. Here are 2 PN forming the perimeter across the living site. 1 PN says HRO is standing on the road and should step to the right. As HRO follows the instructions, HRO is told they are on private property and should make a ‘demi-tour’ to leave. Two teenagers on bikes are allowed to pass through the perimeter. A third PN arrives to the perimeter. HRO demands if they shouldn’t be protected since there is a perimeter? PN refuses to answer.

One of the PN at the perimeter is very agressive and orders HRO to leave as soon as they arrive. Seeing that they won't simply follow his orders without being given legal reasons, he stops talking to them.
