CHIP reports 2 PEs are arrested. 1 PAF walks with 1 PE, the PAF grabbing the left arm of the PE. 2 PAF walks behind with another PE, 1 PAF grabbing the left arm of the PE with her hand. At least the second PE arrested is fouilled by two PAF. There is no video evidence of whether the first PE was fouilled.

Observation entravée. CHIP is perimetered by their equipment by at least 2 PN, HRO is perimetered by 2 PN further away from the living site

CHIP reports harassment by the PN. “la police a menacé de revenir dans 10 minutes et s'ils nous (CHIP) trouvaient sur la propriété de faire un procès verbale”. A PN reaches out with his rights arm, and touches HRO on the left arm to make her move. HRO says ‘pas touche moi’, and the PN proceeds to the other HRO, putting his hand on his left shoulder to make him move. The other HRO says ‘pas touche lui’, as the PN starts pushing HRO, demanding PN to stop. HRO backs up as instructed by the two PN at the perimeter. The PN that has been pushing HRO starts recording without warning on his pedestrian camera.
