3CRS arrive at HRO to do a perimeter for us.

The convoy dropped the FDO in Be and the convoy alone with drivers at the 2nd roundabout. We arrive before the FDO on the living site, followed by translators who talk with the people. At 10h49, the guys move their tents themselves. At 10h53, the close clearance enters the living area. HRO turns around to get as close as possible to the eviction but gets stopped 2 minutes later and is escorted a little further. HRO asks if this is to keep us away from the police operation that is going on, FDO: "« Non, c’est pour la distance »". They end up confirming that they are evicting. At 11h02, CRS arrives and asks us to leave the field “vous êtes sur un terrain privé, vous pouvez aller voir le registre cadastral à la mairie, on connaît la base légale mais on ne veut pas vous la communiquer”. They also confirm that it is indeed the prefecture that organizes the planning of the evictions. At 11h03 , the CRS ask the inhabitants already outside the living site to move to the opposite sidewalk in order to leave the area of the private land, the translators are not present during this order. At 11h07, a journalist is escorted out of the living area by all the CRS.
